Our team is made up of 10 people. Managing director is Fabio Gemprli, experienced gastronome and long-time manager of the 1777 and Ufer7.
The kitchen crew is led and shaped by Bledar Kocibelli with great support from Anne Jäggy. Our Chef-Pizzaiolo comes directly from Catania, Sicily. Mirco Vilardo has only recently arrived in Switzerland and brings the real wood-fired pizza from Italy to Basel. The Capo team is complemented by a powerful, young and dynamic team with hospitality in its blood.
