A breath of Little Italy blows through the Grünpfahlgasse 4. The Ristorante Capo stands for an uncomplicated Italian cuisine with alot of Italianità. But also for the Italian New York of the 1920s, paired with much Italian joie de vivre and hospitality.
We prepare our pizza in a wood oven according to the original Neapolitan recipe with Sicilian character. A pizza can hardly be more original, so of course the dough is homemade and left to rest for two days. Furthermore, our Pizzaiolo Mirko comes from Catania and has only been in Switzerland for a few weeks. We serve homemade pasta - like at home with the Nonna - for two or more people served in a pot and with a ladle to share. Selected antipasti as well as dolci are prepared with great love for the craft. A small but fine meat and fish offer is available as well as a nice lunch offer. Italian classics with modern coating is our claim. Of course, we also offer a beautiful selection of wines and beers from Italy - supplemented with craft beer from Switzerland as well as various aperitifs, coffee and other drinks.
